The first consultation is generally reserved for the discovery of the patient and the preliminary examinations. Please note that for people who wish an appointment for a check-up and cleaning, the first appointment is reserved for these preliminary examinations, and a second visit may be necessary for the cleaning.
These preliminary examinations are as follows: constitution of the patient file, verification and general dental check-up, medical and dental history of the patient, gingival examination, panoramic X-Ray examination and pictures.
For patients with the Japanese national insurance, the price of the first consultation is about 3000 yen include tax. Including the second visit needed for the cleaning, the cost are typically about 5000 yen include tax in total for the both visits.
For patients without the Japanese national insurance, we can take a longer first appointment, which allows everything to be complete in one visit, check-up and cleaning. The fees are about 25300 yen include tax for an adult, and about 11000 to 18700 yen for a child include tax (the price depends on the child’s age).
Please notice that the stains remove option is not including in the national insurance cleaning. For the patient who want to add this option, the fee will be about 7700 yen include tax and excluding necessary consultation covered by national insurance.

初診時は、医療相談（問診）と診療開始に必要な各種検査が主な内容です。よって、歯のクリーニングをご希望の場合、１回の受診で完了できないことを予めご了承ください（最低２回の受診が必要です）。検査項目は、診療カルテ作成、口腔内の状態の確認、歯の治療歴（歯式の記入）、歯周病検査、エックス線写真撮影、口腔内写真撮影等です。
初診時の費用は、健康保険適応の場合で約3,000円です。その後行う歯のクリーニングと合わせて約5,000円です。但し、自費診療（民間保険可）で受診を希望される場合は、予約時間を長くお取りしますので、定期健診と歯のクリーニングを１回で完了することが可能です（要予約）。自費診療費用は、大人の場合25,300円（税込）、小児の場合11,000円～18,700円（税込、年齢による）です。
歯の着色やタバコのヤニ落としについては、健康保険適応の材料（歯磨剤、器具等）で全て落とすことができません。保険適応外の方法（エアフロー）をお薦めいたします。費用は7,700円（税込、保険診療分は含まず）です。
